Things you will need to bring with you on your tour
The West Michigan Foreclosure Tours are educational, exciting, and mind expanding. Our goal is to make if profitable for you. We will see homes on your trip that will be in many areas, many price ranges, and different levels of overall condition.
To make this trip useful to you, we suggest you bring along the following items:
- Comfortable clothing such as jeans is a good choice, as you may get a little dirty should you rub up against anything.
- Please bring along a flashlight as many of the homes we will see have the power shut off and it could be difficult for you to make your way around, especially in the basement areas. These homes tend to be mostly winterized meaning they have no running water to wash hands or check toilet functions. The Coach (bus) we will be riding in has a bathroom so don’t worry about trying to use any restrooms in these houses.
- Bring along a digital camera if you would like to take pictures of these homes
- If you plan on making an offer on any of these homes, please bring along your checkbook. Most of these homes require a $1,000 Earnest Money Deposit at the time that the offer is written. You are not writing a check for the full price of the home, just an earnest deposit for the initial offer

- Drinks to keep you hydrated
